| 学修の概要 | The aim of this class is for students to develop intermediate-level knowledge of the skills involved in English-language presentations. We will study basic structures and expressions in professional and academic presentations. Our textbook will be just a base in expanding self-confidence in further presentations. 数多くの発表、さらに様々な課題のために、自信を付けられ、大勢の前に立つのは怖くないように訓練しましょう。 |

| 授業外学習の課題 | Students are expected to study for at least four hours per week out of class. 1) Two hours should be spent previewing the material for the next class (e.g. textbook, handouts, internet research). 2) Two hours should be spent reviewing notes and materials from the previous class. |
| 履修上の注意事項 | 対面授業を実施します。 英語英文学科で提供している科目については、公認欠席を含め、欠席はいかなる事情があっても４回までとします。 公認欠席について: Individual instruction will be provided for students with authorized absences. To be successful on this course, students need: 1) good attendance and time keeping. 2) good classwork and homework. 3) good motivation and participation. Do not be afraid of talking in front of huge audience. If you are, we will help you to be more confident in your presentaions |
| 成績評価の方法・基準 | The grade for the semester is composed of: 1) Presentation (30%) 2) Test and activity (30%) 3) Final presentation (40%) *Absences and Lateness will negatively affect grades. |
