学修の概要 | English is the international language of business. Whether you work in Japan or abroad in the future you will likely have to speak English at some point. This class is a chance to learn some common business vocabulary and phrases in English and also practice interacting in English with commom business situations. 英語はビジネスの国際言語です。将来日本で働くにせよ、海外で働くにせよ、英語を話す必要が出てくるでしょう。このクラスは、ビジネスでよく使われる英語の語彙やフレーズを学び、一般的なビジネスシーンで英語でやり取りする練習をするチャンスです。 |
学修の到達目標 | This class will cover all aspects of the English language; listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary. However, this class is heavily focused on listening and speaking, particulary conversation skills. This is because, living in Japan, most students don't have the chance to have conversations with others in English often, so this class provides you with that chance. This class is fairly challenging and fast paced. However, the goal is to provide students with practicle skills that will be useful in the business world. For example; interview, resume, presentation, and business trip practice. In this class, these situations will be practiced in English but some of the skills needed to get through these situations are useful to know regardless of the language being used. Students will be expected to do group work, individual work, and presentations in this class.このクラスでは、リスニング、スピーキング、リーディング、ライティング、文法、語彙など、英語のあらゆる側面をカバーします。ただし、このクラスでは、リスニングとスピーキング、特に会話スキルに重点を置いています。これは、日本に住んでいるほとんどの学生が英語で他の人と会話する機会があまりないため、このクラスでその機会を提供するためです。 |
