| 授業題目 | 環境ガバナンス特殊研究 Studies in Environmental Governance |
| 授業の概要 | 環境問題への企業の自主的な取り組みについての輪読、解説を行う。現在、企業による環境問題への自主的な取り組みが行われる事例が多く観察される。例えば、自主的な温室効果ガスや廃棄物の削減、ISO14001認証やエコラベルの取得、環境情報の開示などその内容は非常に多彩であり、同時にこうした取り組みは環境政策と関わりを持っている。 この講義では、環境問題へのこうした自主的な取り組みが行われるインセンティブやその帰結についてテキスト（Corporate Environmentalism and Public Policy）の輪読を通じて学習する。なお、履修者の理解度により内容を変更することがある。 |

| 授業外学習の課題 | 講義内容について、予習・復習を各2時間程度かけてしっかり行うことを心掛けて下さい。 テキストを事前に十分に読み、報告資料を作成する必要がある。同時に関連する文献を収集し理解することが必要である。 |
| 履修上の注意事項 | 講義において受講生には担当箇所を報告してもらいます。経済数学、ゲーム理論の基礎的な知識が必要となります。 公認欠席については欠席としてカウントしますが、テストや発表の際に公認欠席の場合、適宜対応します。 |
| 成績評価の方法・基準 | 報告内容に基づいて評価を行います。十分な準備をして毎回出席することが重要です。 |
