授業の題目	Vocabulary II: Vocabulary Acquisition
学修の概要	The focus of this course will be the conducting and writing up of research into learning vocabulary in another language. The approach for participants will be to take turns guiding the class through a research paper.
学修の到達目標	We will test the theories and research found through reading against various investigations of our own and students' vocabulary learning.

	第９回	Identify individual research papers to read, write up, and share

授業外学習の課題	Outside class, each student will prepare detailed commentaries of research papers for presenting in class. Around 4 hours per week.
履修上の注意事項	【対面授業を実施します】 We will have classes face to face, but will also use Google Classroom, Google Documents and other online tools for any on-demand classes. 英語英文学科で提供している科目については、公認欠席を含め、欠席はいかなる事情があっても４回までとします。 If possible, contact your teacher in advance if you will be absent.
成績評価の方法・基準	Students will be evaluated according to their contribution to class activities (50%), and research commentaries (50%).
テキスト	There is no textbook, but academic papers will be chosen to cover a good range of topics in the field of second language vocabulary acquisition.
