| 授業の概要 | 労働経済学における理論モデルおよび実証分析の方法について学習し、自身の研究テーマに即した実習を行う。 Participants learn theoretical models and empirical methods in labor economics, and practice in line with their research subject. |
| 学習の到達目標 | 自身で労働経済分析に向けた理論・実証モデルを作り、統計ソフトを用いた分析が出来るようになる。 The goal is to master the "manners" to build a theoretical and empirical model of labor economics and analyze using statistical software. |

| 授業外学習の課題 | 学生は前もってテキストを熟読する必要がある。 It is necessary for students to read the text carefully beforehand. |
| 履修上の注意事項 | 授業は対面で行う。状況によってはMoodleを使った授業に切り替え、Web教材を使用しての課題研究に代える。詳細は授業で指示する。 All lectures are conducted face-to-face. Depending on the situation, it switches to a lectures using Moodle and replaced with a themed study using Web materials. Details will be given in class. 学生は、実習を行う際の研究テーマについてアドバイザーとよく前もって相談すること。 Students should consult well with the instructor on research subject for practice in advance. |
| 成績評価の方法・基準 | 平常の勉学態度（40％）および実習の成果（60％）によって総合的に評価する。 An evaluation will be done synthetically based on each student's study attitude (40%) and the results of practice (60%). |
