| 授業の概要 | This course is about developing presentation skills. The desired outcome of Semester 2 is for students to construct and deliver confident and persuasive presentations on more advanced academic topics than in Semester 1. |

| 授業外学習の課題 | Students will be expected to study for at least 120 minutes per week out of class. It is expected that EVERY student on this course: 1) uses English as much as possible 2) always REVIEWS the last class and PREVIEWS the next class |

| 成績評価の方法・基準 | The grade for the semester is composed of: 1) Knowledge Tests (50%) 2) Active Engagement (50%) *Lateness/absences/lack of effort will negatively affect grades. *If a student is absent from a class, it is the STUDENT'S responsibility to contact a classmate or the teacher to find out about the classwork/homework. |
