授業の概要 | The purpose of this course is to introduce the principles of communication in business across cultures with the aim of developing an international style of communication which can be applied in external communications for negotiations and in internal communications during meetings for decision making and problem solving. In addition to course materials, an online business simulation game with companies competing against each other will be used to provide these opportunities in practice. |
学習の到達目標 | Students will be able to demonstrate (1) knowledge of the key terms in communications for marketing strategy, (2) applied skills in conducting business information analysis for marketing decisions, and (3) the attitude for collaborative company communications in a competitive context. |

成績評価の方法・基準 | Ongoing assessment will be conducted on active class participation 10%, communication role plays and negotiations 20%, marketing communication projects 20%, a knowledge review test 20%, written company strategy reports & presentation 20%, and the business simulation game performance 10%. |
