| 授業の概要 | The aim of this class is to develop and apply knowledge of English and knowledge of the world by investigating various topics, giving presentations, and through discussions. |

| 履修上の注意事項 | In a small class, there are opportunities for discussion and independent study - let's make the most of it. いかなる理由があっても欠席は4回までとする。 (病気、交通機関の乱れ、冠婚葬祭等、一切の事情を含める。) Credits will not be given if students are absent from class more than four times in one semester (including illness, traffic-related problems, family-related matters, etc.). |
| 成績評価の方法・基準 | Presentation evaluations (30%), word lists(15%), questions asked (15%), final vocabulary tests (25%). Attitude and class attendance will affect students' grades, as will communication outside class. |
